Special Events
After final payment has been received, your gallery will start to be edited. Normal galleries take 2-4 weeks turnaround time and weddings are 6-8 weeks. Number of digital images will vary depending on what type of shoot you book. I will send your gallery through email and you will be able to click on the given link and have access to your final edited images!
Editing & Delivery

I will contact you the day of your shoot to confirm location and time. Once confirmed, we get to it! Final payment is also due this day. This is the easiest part, just bring yourselves and remember to have fun!

You will have access to an app/online site called "HoneyBook". This is where you will complete the 50% retainer fee and final payment. It also gives you access to communicate with me and send any notes of what you're feeling! I send little things like reminders to make you feel more at ease along the way. It's a great way to stay organized and keep us in touch.

Have you decided you want to book? That is great to hear! In order to secure your date, I require a signed contract upon booking and a 50% retainer fee. Once these two are complete, you're able to get booked! Lastly, the final payment is due the day of shoot.

1. IS MY RETAINER FEE REFUNABLE?
Kate Orgera Photography LLC does not send unedited images. The images you receive from your shoot will be edited in my unique style and sent to you! I take my time on all images and consider them my work of art. Not everyone may like my editing style and that's okay! Please take this into consideration before booking !
2. dO YOU SEND THE NON-EDITED IMAGES AS WELL?
At this time, Kate Orgera Photography LLC only sends digital images and no prints!
3. Do you only send digital images?What about prints?
YES! If you want to book with me and you're not sure if I am in your area. No need to worry, I travel!
4. Do you travel?
ASAP! I always say the earlier the better so that I can guarantee the date you want is still open. You can always fill out the contact form and put in the date you want so I can let you know if it's still open!
5. When should we book with you?
Depending on what session you book, you receive a certain amount of digital images. I decide which 40-50 I think are best and I edit them! If you still decide you want more, you're able to purchase the rest for a fee!
